The fact of workplace racist bullying perpetrated by workplace racist cowards is a given.
The fact of workplace bullying perpetrated by workplace bullying cowards is a given.
The fact of workplace harassment perpetrated by workplace harassing cowards is a given.
The fact of workplace victimisation perpetrated by workplace cowards and those workplace perpetrator's friends/mates/colleagues - et al - is a given.
Irrespective of any and all intended preventative workplace policies and/or action(s) deployed by an employer in it's attempt to comply with employment law. The above facts have always been, are, and will remain - a given.
However the employer and those in their employ who choose to perpetrate the above - givens - are able to circumvent those employment laws to which the employer is obligated by law to comply with. In other words the employer and those workplace cowardly perpetrators in their employ have a - get out / an escape route - which facilitates both the employer and those cowardly workplace perpetrators in their employ, evading, avoiding and escaping from the full, proper and merited consequences of those workplace perpetrator's unlawful workplace conduct which are those cowardly workplace perpetrator's workplace behaviour of choice and workplace conduct of choice within BT workplace and within the CWU.
Q: How is such evasion, avoidance and escapology successfully accomplished by white BT employees / CWU members who are cowardly, bullying, lying perpetrators and accomplished by their workplace friends/mates/colleagues?
A: By the following means and method.
The employer is presented with - rebuttal evidence(s) - from cowardly workplace racists, cowardly workplace bullies, cowardly workplace harassers complained about, accompanied by supporting evidence(s) presented by those perpetrators workplace friends / supporters / backers / sympathisers / empathisers / those persons of similar and/or like minds to the perpetrators.
The totality of that accumulated rebuttal evidence(s) is in fact and in reality equivalent to the employer being presented with evidence(s) which states;
Dear Mr (white) Employer and your formal grievance complaint investigating management, in response to the FS1GC raised against me and/or raised against my white workmate(s) I/We am telling you that: The Sun goes around the Earth. That's right, you heard me/us correctly my/our individual and/or joint rebuttal evidence(s) is (the equivalent to presenting to your FS1GC investigating managers) - the Sun goes around the Earth.
To which Mr (white) Employer and its FS1GC investigating management responds: Does it? Oh, fair enough.
I.E. White people protecting white people protecting white people.
(i) White people lie - blatantly and obviously - lie to other white people.
(ii) White people back-up support and endorse the lies of other white people.
(iii) White people in positions of decision making authority , in positions of trust, in positions of responsibility are also in the position to choose to believe presented obvious blatant sad sick desperate lies / invented concocted made-up fabricated stupid lies- told to them by other white people.
(iv) White people lie to black people.
(v) And in turn and in due course black people choose, consciously and deliberately choose to lie to white people and choose, consciously and deliberately choose to withhold the truth from white people.
Whilst many many many other white people and black people choose turn and look the other way, too cowardly, too afraid, too frightened and in fear, lacking any and all workplace moral courage and moral workplace integrity to confront, to challenge, to stand up too and to speak up against and oppose Mr (white) Employer's management and that employer's white employees perpetrators.
The question is: How am I able to draw such a conclusions and to present such as a matter of fact?
The answer is simple: I can read !
I have read the contents of BT Group's managements' - Employment Tribunal bundle. That is to say confidential / in confidence / highly confidential / privileged (workplace) documentation - disclosed to me - as the Claimant within Employment Tribunal proceedings - and that same substantial BT workplace documentation in turn used to resist me as the Claimant - reads the exact equivalent to - white BT employees (shop floor /line management & HR employees) presenting, stating and representing to other white BT employees: The Sun goes around the Earth.
In black and white and as plain as the nose on your face that is in fact and in reality exactly how the contents of that substantial BT Employment Tribunal bundle workplace documentation reads.
Full and complete knowledge of those substantial quantities of BT management workplace documentation has made me .....
